Our purpose is to engage the Body of Christ in reaching out to the unsaved of the world to spread the gospel in accordance with the "Great Commission" found in Matthew 28:19, 20 making disciples of them to build up the Kingdom of God here on earth.

Our purpose is to provide God’s blessings of food to those in the community in need.

Transportation

Our purpose is to make sure that transportation is readily available for those persons desiring a ride to the various church services and functions involving First Baptist Church Denbigh.

Recreation/Family Life Center

Our purpose is to coordinate, oversee, and conduct spiritual and recreational activities for First Baptist Church Denbigh and the community at large for individual and family enrichment and growth.

 Grant Writing

Our purpose is to secure external funds to be used to promote the vision and mission of the church's community outreach focus.

Homeless

Our purpose is to partner with the churches in the Port Organization to do according to Matthew 25:35-38 to provide food, clothing, and shelter to men, women, and children on the Peninsula during the winter months.

Kissiah Reed Missionary

Our purpose is to follow the teachings of Christ by ministering to those in need of all ages, but targeting persons 50 years and older.

Prison

Our purpose is to minister to those facing incarceration and their families before, during, and after incarceration and to make weekly visits to the Newport News City Farm.
